Summary
My client, a private healthcare operation in Truro are seeking to appoint a Hospital engineer - Plumbing experience is a must.
What we offer:
• £37,329 per annum depending on experience.
• immediate start
• Permanent
• Monday – Friday - 0800-1600
• Some planned weekends
• 40 hours per week
• 1 in 3 on call rota.
The role
• The role will be supporting the delivery of maintenance services for the operation and working/reporting to the maintenance manager and team leader.
• You will be also a positive, focussed person and be able to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and ethics into the workplace along with completing daily maintenance tasks, completing audits, and ensuring all health and safety policies are fully compliant and up to date.
• This role is an immediate start for the right candidate, we are looking at candidates with similar backgrounds and the role could initially be a temp to perm appointment.

Requirements
• The successful engineer will have a level 3 City and Guilds qualification in relevant building management, engineering or facility services including an plumbing background and be flexible and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the business.
• 18th Edition
• Enhanced DBS will need to be processed.
