Summary

Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential Care Home
Location: Rustington, West Sussex
Salary; Up to £48,000

I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead the Residential Care Home near Rustington, West Sussex. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care and support to the residents while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to progress into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Residential Care Home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, with a particular focus on dementia care.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor the progress and well-being of residents, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff members, promoting continuous learning and development.
Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a Residential Care Home setting.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of dementia care principles and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and person-centered approach.
A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to effectively manage resources and solve challenges.
Full understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the care sector.

Salary and Benefits:
