Summary
Position: Registered Nursing Home Manager
Location: Near Arundel, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Are you a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity in a warm and supportive environment? My client is seeking a manager for their family-run nursing home, known for its excellent reputation, and is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home
Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations
Leading and supporting the care team
Managing budgets and resources effectively
Engaging with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
Valid Nursing Pin
Ideally, NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
Proven experience managing a nursing home
Knowledge of dementia care is highly desirable
Strong leadership and communication skills
