Summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with FM Conway to join our Structures team as a Document Controller. This is a full time, permanent position based out of Hammersmith and Fulham Bridge.

The duties of the Document Controller role will include:

-Having input into the estimating process, from receipt of documents to submission of tender

-Ensuring all documents are received and recorded on the ‘Document and Drawing Register’

-Ensuring the tender is allocated a tender number and recorded within the register

-Assisting as required with the completion of all required tender forms, documents, and other requirements for submission

-Liasing with supply chain as required

-Liasing with other internal departments and divisions to ensure complaint tender submissions are produced

-Assisting with production of handover packs and chairing handover meeting

What we’re looking for in our Document Controller

To be successful within this position you will need previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry. You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and have experience using programmes such as Aconex or Conject. We are looking for an individual with great IT skills including high level of ability with Word, Excel PDF and PowerPoint.
