Summary
DMN Logistics, one of the UK’s leading vehicle logistics companies, have a position within its customer service team for a Customer Service Advisor.
The role will be focused on providing excellent customer service to our existing customer base and supporting with our day-to-day business requirements for our internal teams.
The customer service team play an important role in the business and you will have daily contact with both our clients and workforce.
Duties will include the following
• Answering telephones in a polite and professional manner
• Contacting customers to confirm vehicle availability
• Inputting customer orders to the DMN database accurately
• The use of various customer portals to input work / update data
• Support the relationships and expectations of customers
• Dealing with any queries relating to the collection or delivery of vehicles
• Dealing with driver queries, breakdowns etc.
• Dealing with day-to-day customer service issues
• Carry out any other duties on site as deemed reasonable
You will need to have an outgoing personality and full training will be given, the role can be demanding but also very rewarding and to the right candidate a steppingstone to a career in a customer service role.
Monday - Friday 08:30-17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
The majority of work will be remote (work from home), however you must have the ability to attend the Smethwick office when required.
