Are you driven by a passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you possess experience working with diverse SEN needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and ASD? If so, we invite you to join our dedicated team as a SEN Teacher.

Role Overview: As a SEN Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support and education to children with various SEN requirements.

Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Implementing effective strategies to address behavioural challenges and foster positive social and emotional development.
- Collaborating closely with other professionals, such as SENCOs and support staff, to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

Requirements: To be considered for this rewarding role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience working with SEN students is essential.
- Possession of an up-to-date DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is non-negotiable.
