Location: Paignton, Devon

We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Service Desk Analyst to help us make a difference for our people. This role is based at our Paignton Vantage Point campus.

You will work as part of the IT Services team leading the front-facing customer service team owning the response to IT issues. The role requires you to build positive relationships with a varied customer base including staff, students and external stakeholders and provide support to and share knowledge with other team members. Reporting to the Deputy Head of IT Services, you will be required to carry out first and second line fault finding of all IT faults across the entire range of infrastructure, networks, systems, and servers and undertake escalations when required. This post fulfils most service requests ranging from setting up and training of new starters, setting up mobile phones, to carrying out office moves.
