We are looking to recruit a Minor Works Administrator to join our team at our Planned Hub from our office in Tottenham, N17 9QB.

Description of role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing team within the Planned Works Hub with the aim to grow the client base. As a Minor Works Administrator you will join us, to support our operational delivery team on the Minor Works, Disrepair and Voids Contract with administrative duties. Work with clients, customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments and deliver incoming workload. This role will be based from our North London Operational Hub which is located in Tottenham N17

About the Role

• Providing effective administrative support to the Minor Works operational delivery team.
• Liaising with Sub-Contractors
• Uploading, updating and monitoring jobs on MSi system
• Maintenance of filing systems
• General contract duties including correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos and emails
• Arranging internal meetings and taking of minutes
• Process stationary orders and other office supplies
• Maintain photocopiers and stock requirements
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain related equipment and stock requirements
• Make use of computerised packages including Microsoft Office 365
• Undertake tasks such as copying, laminating, scanning etc

About You

Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. With excellent customer service skills, you’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills. You’ll ideally have experience in FM Maintenance with a compliance background with excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
