We have an opportunity to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis with plenty of opportunities to upskill qualifications and licences with career paths available.
About the role
We are looking for a HGV driver/installer to work out of Castleford. The installation duties involve assisting with the installation of various signs and steel structures. These installations can range from retail park to supermarkets, to small steel structures.
The candidate would need to be willing to work away sleeping in a hotel.
What you need to know:
Working times: normal working days are between 7am and 6pm but this can depend on job times and requirements. This role will involve nights away.
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
What you must have:
Must hold a valid HGV UK license for a minimum of 12 months.
Must have experience driving a HGV vehicle within the last six months, ideally 12 months.
Must have no more than 6 points on license for minor offences.
Must hold an in date Digital Tachograph Card.
Must have an up-to-date CPC Qualification Card.
Must have a similar installation experience.
