As a Class 2 Driver, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting goods within the local area.Key Responsibilities:- Operating a Class 2 HGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.- Ensuring the secure loading and unloading of goods to the required standards.- Adhering to all relevant road safety and traffic regulations.- Conducting pre/post trip vehicle inspections and reporting any defects promptly.- Providing exceptional customer service while delivering goods to various locations within the designated timeframe.- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately in a timely manner.Qualifications and Skills Required:- Valid HGV Class 2 Driving License.- Full CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.- Previous experience working as an HGV Driver preferably within the Driving industry.- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role:
Monday - Friday, weekly pay, 0600am starts, immediate start. This role is a HGV Class 2 position delivering refrigerated foods to company’s. You are required to have done fridge work before.
