Summary

Come and join our Working Well Norfolk team as an Administrator and contribute to the smooth running and the overall effectiveness of the project. If you are a detail-orientated and proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks with ease, then you may be the person we are looking for.

As our Administrator you’ll deal with data entry, data reconciliation, and support the wider team with administrative tasks. You’ll also support our Customer Support Office (CSO) in a participant facing role, including the handling of calls, enquiries, and referrals.

Our successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, experience of data entry and database use. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a good level of initiative and motivation with the ability to seek out solutions to problems.

As an organisation we deliver a range of Employability & Health contracts which support people ‘back to work’. This job role forms part of our WWN (Working Well Norfolk) contract.

Location: This is an office based role in Norwich

Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Closing Date: 28 May 2024
Contract: FTC until 31 March 2025

Key Responsibilities


Meet, and strive to exceed, personal performance targets (Key Performance Indicators) whilst ensuring quality and compliance measures are met.
Identifying, tracking and correcting data errors on our database system. Liasing with the wider team in order to flag errors for correction by other members of staff.
A range of other administrative duties supporting the project team, including checking and uploading paperwork, making copies, and following-up incomplete paperwork with participants and employers.
Support the CSO where necessary, making initial outbound welcome calls as required to engage participants following a referral to relevant schemes. Gain commitment to attend and ensure location and planned routes are known where face to face appointments are in operation.


Skills and Experience


Essential

Excellent IT skills, experience of data entry and database use.
Ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, participants, and employers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
Experience of delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.

Desirable

Experience of working in a target driven environment.
Experience of working in a customer facing role.
Experience of working with people in the provision of ‘information, advice & guidance’
