Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join our growing team on a 12 month FTC.

This individual will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of business change initiatives, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the change, and providing feedback to stakeholders. What you'll be doing :

• Change Planning & Delivery - Develop and implement change management plans. Providing guidance to project teams in the development of change management plans and communications.
• Change Needs Analysis - Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify business change requirements and develop and implement solutions to meet those requirements.
• Communications & Training - Develop change management communication plan. Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support the adoption of business change initiatives.
• Business Readiness - Support the Project Manager and business / end users in identifying and qualifying, the business readiness criteria before managing them in readiness for implementation.
• Stakeholder Management - Identify stakeholders, ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plan. Point of contact for nominated stakeholders. Provide regular updates on the progress of business change initiatives to key stakeholders and ensure appropriate reporting mechanisms are in place.
• Risk & Benefit Management - Monitor and manage the risks associated with business change initiatives, and ensure appropriate measures are in place to mitigate those risks.
• Continuous Improvement - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business change management and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the organisation's change management capabilities. Embedding a culture of change management, continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

What we're looking for :

• Proven experience as a Business Change Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of business change management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Experience of working in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Proactive, results-driven and able to work to tight deadlines
