Hyde is looking to recruit a Performance Data Analyst.

As a Performance Data Analyst, you will be working within the Operational Analytics department to provide support in all matters relating to The Hyde Group’s analytical requirements, advising on the optimal way forward in line with Hyde’s strategic and operational business plans.

Provide analytical expertise and insight into all data relating to Commercial, including rent and service charges, tenancy, home ownership and management services.
Identify key trends and shifts in customer preferences, attitudes, and perceptions.
Engaging with key stakeholders to inform and develop priorities; designing and developing suitable solutions aimed at enhancing overall business performance.
Skills and experience required

At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar performance data analyst role.
Good level of knowledge in the skills and software relevant for analytics delivery such as Business Objects Web Intelligence, PowerBI, ArcGIS and analytics tools / service on AWS
Previous experience or understanding of housing is advantageous but not essential.
You will be required to pass a psychometric assessment in order to be shortlisted for interview.
