Summary

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in University of West London, St Mary's Rd, London W5 5RF on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,997.00 and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 7am-4pm and 1pm-10pm alternating

Essential Criteria: Full UK Valid Driving License

What will you deliver? To perform all the duties specific to the role as per below including Ad-hoc requests from the client both internal and external when required.

Example of typical Duties :

  • Setting up classrooms as per end user requirements
  • Setting up for large scale internal and external events including staging and bulky furniture
  • Setting up of exam rooms across all sites
  • Setting up for Open days, enrolment and Graduation ceremonies across all sites of the University of west
  • Setting up of student areas for practical activities
  • Maintenance of UWL grounds including litter picking, jet washing, grass cutting,
  • Daily maintenance check of all classrooms
  • Participation in walkarounds and site inspections in preparation for events
  • Assisting with the relocation of internal departments
  • Daily collection of Post from the depot
