Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Develop existing clients and explore new opportunities to maximise revenue potential.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, focusing on increasing the value of current customers and attracting new ones.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability and opportunities.
- Manage the sales order process and generate new business quotes.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics for sales meetings.
- Research organisations and individuals to find new opportunities and create account plans/reviews.
- Conduct project reviews with key stakeholders to understand best practices and areas for improvement.
- Assist with challenging client requests and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
- Good understanding of the point-of-sale (POS)
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across different levels.
- Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a results-driven environment.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Design, Development, or Furniture will be an advantage
