Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Business Development Admin come Personal Assistant for a Neurodiverse adult . This unique role requires a blend of business development expertise and personal assistance skills, along with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our presence and impact, including outreach initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community engagement events.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, research developments, and best practices.
2. Personal Assistance:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Personal assistance for activities linked with the Neurodiverse adult
• Assist with project management tasks, including organizing and prioritizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of senior management, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and audiovisual setup.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare, education, or nonprofit sector.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and familiarity with best practices in autism support and intervention.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with autism and their families.
