University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated doctor to join their Trust. Post to commence in August 2024.

Responsible, as part of a team, for the day-to-day management of patients on our Ward 4 Stroke Rehabilitation Unit based at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital and in outpatient services for Stroke Rehabilitation Medicine patients

Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of patients within the Stroke Rehabilitation Medicine service.

To share responsibility with colleagues for the day-to-day management of the patients on the Stroke Rehabilitation Unit and in the rehabilitation pathways supporting this unit.

· Leadership to junior staff

· Shared role in delivery of teaching and training

· Active participation in quality improvement, audit and research activities of these services

· Keeping up to date and participating in continuing professional development

· Participation in annual appraisals
