Are you passionate about Learning and Development? Do you have experience as an L&D Manager and want to help shape the learning
agenda for a growing organisation?

We are looking for an incredible L&D Manager to join our People Team at urbanbubble. We have ambitious plans for the coming year
and we want an experienced and determined L&D professional to help transform our learning culture.

role directly supports our vision by ensuring we have the right learning in place to develop the expertise of our people.




This role would suit someone who is great with people, likes to collaborate and has the passion, drive and determination to have a
real impact. You will have held a L&D Manager or Business Partner role before, have experience of leading a team and want to
contribute to the learning agenda in a fast growing business.




Part of the wider People Team and supported by the Head of Learning and Culture, you will lead a team of four Learning and
Development Consultants. Together, you will




* Deliver an engaging ‘Welcome’ to the business for new colleagues
* Connect our people with our culture, our values and the behaviours expected of them
* Ensure new customer facing colleagues have a well-defined path of blended learning activities to ensure they are competent in
role within six months
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver a comprehensive blended suite of process, compliance and IT systems training
* Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Culture to develop a culture of Continuous Improvement across the business, providing
a vehicle for organisational learning
* Make provision for, and develop a culture of ongoing learning and Continuing Professional Development
* Partner with the business and L&D Consultants to identify needs, design and deliver relevant process, skills, management and
leadership development activities, including design and delivery of in-house management programmes, and evaluate impact
* Work with the Head of Learning and Culture to develop a talent development and succession framework
* Deliver a heartbeat of communication which inspires people to engage in learning




What we are looking for?

* Excellent knowledge of Landlord & Tenant, Building Safety, the ARMA code and all applicable legislation and regulations
relating to management of high-rise residential buildings.

* Proactive approach and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.

* High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for personal and team development.

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.

* Thorough understanding of Fire, Health & Safety and Building Safety legislation and regulations relating to high rise
buildings

* Through knowledge and understanding on residential leasehold management and all applicable legislation, regulations, and best
practice.

* The drive, energy, and passion for delivering high quality, professional services.

* Strong financial management

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex information to clients and
colleagues.
