Summary
We are looking for personal assistant to help a 56 year old female who is looking for a personal assistant/companion to connect and build trust with to accompany her to go out and do social activities together. She currently lives with her elderly parents who can no longer meet her social needs.
Our client is a wheelchair user and has cerebellar ataxia which means she is unable to put any weight on her legs and struggles with her grip etc.
As well as accompanying our client to social activities and providing social activity assistance, you will also provide support with personal care as required (assisting with transferring to the toilet if required), preparation of meals and light housework.
You will have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work.
