We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our client’s dynamic team. A highly respected company in the area, our client has a great team and working environment and can offer work from home.
As an Appointments Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include calling clients, data collection, appointment setting, and supporting the sales team. If you have a strong background in lead generation and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume cold calling, engaging with a minimum of 30 companies daily.
• Identify companies with a minimum of 50 employees and 20+ voice connections.
• Maintain a comprehensive call log document on a daily basis.
• Send follow-up emails providing information and call log at the end of each day.
• Cross-sell various products.
• Collect customer information.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.
• Contact potential IT partners and arrange appointments for management to attend.
• Follow up on outstanding deals via telephone.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
• Previous experience in data collection and cleansing.
• Proficiency in using databases for lead generation purposes.
• Desirable: Previous experience in appointment setting.
• Essential: Strong sales and influencing skills.
