Are you a commercially focused HR expert ready to take on a pivotal role in a growing business environment?
Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive HR Business Partner to join their team and play a vital role in providing HR support and guidance to their Management Team and Stakeholders. As the HR Business Partner, you'll be the driving force behind all core HR areas.
This is a standalone role where you will be seen as the expert in your field, the successful candidate will oversee all HR elements of the business. This role requires a genuine passion for HR and the successful candidate will be up to date will all current legislation and Employment Law.
As a HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
Everyday Core HR tasks, General communications, Training, Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, Toolbox Talks and much more.
Core Areas:
• Driving colleague engagement through various channels.
• Administer internal communications platforms.
• Lead Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to benefits programs.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations issues.
• Support managers in disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
• Conduct complex investigations and consultations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Manage onboarding processes and HR documentation.
• Liaise with Finance and payroll for payroll processing matters.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in employment documentation.
• Oversee the learning management system and coordinate training.
• Facilitate compliance training and apprenticeship programs.
• Develop and maintain induction and onboarding processes.
• Design and execute community engagement initiatives.
• Manage fundraising events.
• Communicate sustainability activities internally and externally.
To be successful in this HR Business Partner role, you will have the following skills:
• Previous HR advisory experience.
• Strong employee relations/case management skills.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems and reporting analytics.
• Knowledge of employment law and GDPR legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive attitude.
