This is a great time to join our forward-thinking and innovative pharmacy team. We are developing our advanced pharmacist team and invite applications for Advanced Clinical Pharmacist - Care of the Elderly.
You will have an impressive track record as a clinical pharmacist, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We offer a fulfilling role, in a friendly and collaborative department with opportunities for development.

You will develop the specialist clinical pharmacy service to our Elderly Care and Frailty wards ensuring the safe, clinical and cost effective use of medicines.

You will effectively communicate with the pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to provide quality care, education, clinical supervision and mentoring. You will contribute to clinical pharmacy audit and practice research.
