This is a great time to join our forward-thinking and friendly pharmacy team. We are developing our specialist pharmacist team and invite applications for Advanced Pharmacist - Women and Children.
This post is piloting our successful remote working hybrid ward based model, and flexible working solutions can be discussed at interview.
You will have an impressive track record as a clinical pharmacist, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We offer a fulfilling role, in a friendly and collaborative department with opportunities for development.

You will develop the specialist clinical pharmacy service to our women and children wards, including antenatal, neonatal, postnatal, maternity, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, ensuring the safe, clinical and cost effective use of medicines.
You will effectively communicate with the pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to provide quality care, education, clinical supervision and mentoring. You will contribute to clinical pharmacy audit and practice research.
