As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for excellence in performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Additional Sales Duties:
• Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and opportunities for expansion.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company visibility and network with potential clients.
• Continuously seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
