Summary

Customer Contracts Administrator
Temporary ongoing (Long term)
Salary: £13.35 p/h
Location: Stoke on Trent
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday
Our client, a successful and large manufacturing company in Stoke on Trent is looking to recruit a Customer Contracts Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis (long term). This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the areas best employers! After training they can offer flexibility on hybrid working.
The successful candidate will manage customer contracts from end to end, you will be confident and self motivated in order to offer a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Speaking to customers in relation to their accounts
• Verify accuracy and consistency of customer data
• Responsibility for the invoicing process
• Deal with all elements of contract administration
• Data management
• Update all customer information on to the in hours system
Skills required:
• Have proven administration experience within a busy working environment
• Excellent Excel skills (you will undertake a short Excel test at interview)
• Have strong and proven accuracy and numeracy skills
• Be self-confident, assertive and self-motivated
• Have a good level of organisational skills
• Be professional and possess effective communication skills
