Are you organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy office environment? Our client based in Kidsgrove are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team!
Being at the forefront of their industry our client can offer a friendly and welcoming working environment. They are consistently growing and need an experienced Administrator to help support the office and help with customer queries and calls.
Responsibilities:
• Be the backbone of the team by assisting with various administrative tasks, offering invaluable support whenever needed.
• Be the first point of contact by answering phones and directing calls promptly to the appropriate person or department, ensuring seamless communication flow.
• Take charge of basic office duties including filing, scanning, and organising documents to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
• Utilise Sage software with precision and expertise to process invoices and sales orders accurately, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
• Manage office supplies inventory effectively, ensuring that essentials are always stocked, and place orders when necessary to facilitate uninterrupted workflow.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, demonstrating excellent time management skills to keep our team organised and on track.
• Take charge of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of the office, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
To be successful in this Administrator role, you will have the following skills:
• You will have worked in a similar administration role
• Be organised and have excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Be IT literate and be willing to train on Sage if you don’t have previous knowledge of it
• Team player
