At SSE, we're embarking on an exciting journey of transformation, and we're looking for an Agile Product Analyst to join our dynamic IT Product Analyst team. This role sits at the heart of our industry and regulation platform, contributing to high-profile initiatives that drive SSE's large-scale transformation.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving successful delivery of products within SSE. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure delivery. Your analytical skills and understanding of the energy industry will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing outcomes:

- Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories and product backlogs.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs to actionable plans.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, resolve dependencies, and mitigate risks.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of the delivery objectives.

What You Need:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping.

- Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

- Outstanding coordination abilities, with a track record of collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.

- Experience working within a regulatory environment supporting technical product owner in the definition and delivery of Agile initiatives and continuous delivery environments.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interpret complex requirements and re-articulate these in concise and clear ways.
