Coats Recruitment is currently representing our esteemed client, a leading recruitment agency with branches across the Midlands and Northamptonshire, in their search for vibrant and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultants to join their well-established team in Northampton.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing end-to-end recruitment services to clients within the industrial, manufacturing, driving and/or commercial sectors. Coats Recruitment is acting on behalf of our client for the provision of temp and permanent positions. Your responsibilities will include:
Utilising your sales expertise to generate new business opportunities
Establishing yourself as a subject matter expert, offering support to candidates and clients throughout their recruitment journey
Cultivating strong and enduring relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a crucial liaison between the two parties
Managing the entire interview process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and beyond
Managing the temp desk with support from the team including a branch resourcer.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 year's experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
Sound commercial acumen
Effective negotiation capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanour with outstanding communication skills
Familiarity with the local area
Own transportation and a valid driving licence
