Based:
Corby, Old Village.
Salary:
£22,000 - £28,000 Per Annum.
OTE £30k year 1 / £30k+ year 2.

-Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00pm.
- One week in four - Early morning check in's 6am.

Recruitment Consultants at Fox Resourcing will go through an in-depth induction and learn our systems, business ethics and our company USPs!
We’re 15 years old this year and have an extensive client base in Northamptonshire. This support is for our office in Corby. We’re looking for a strong, focused team member to help us achieve our goals while at the same time growing in a career that will help them grow with us.
Key Focuses when in Training:
• Using extensive training techniques and recruiting tools to identify, source and headhunt potential candidates who fit the criteria for different job roles we have on our live board.
• Matching skills against client requirements and understanding their experience and careers.
• Telephone interviewing and short-listing candidates for Senior Recruiters.
• Checking candidates’ right to work and making sure
we have all their correct paperwork - All training will be provided.
What can we offer:
• Good basic salary with the opportunity to earn a bonus from month two.
• Fantastic commission structure on monthly billings and quarterly incentives.
• Team challenges and spot prizes on customer service scoring and results.

The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:

• Be able to complete all administration tasks.

• Internet navigation and social networking ability.
• Strong written and communication skills.
YOU WILL NEED a clean UK driving license.
(Company pool cars are also available for 25+)
