Summary
Personal Assistant / Care worker required who will be committed to improving the life of a non-binary young person with Autism, ADHD and Sensory processing disorder.
Will provide assistance to help them become more independent on public transport and will be understanding of how anxiety affects them on a daily basis.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, friendly, calm with a good sense of humour .
Rate of Pay:
£10.90 per hour increasing to £12.00 in April.
Shift Pattern:
You will be required to work 7.5 hours per week.
Hours will be:
Monday and Tuesday: 8-9am & 4-5pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 8-9am & 3-4pm
Duties:
A reliable and trustworthy person able to take direct instructions is required to assist with the aspects of getting on and off buses, walking to and from the home and school.
The applicant must have membership of Protection of Vulnerable groups (PVG) or willing to join this scheme.
