This is an apprenticeship role, with the successful candidate enrolled on an Employability Practitioner Apprenticeship.

This post will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the delivery of programmes and activities to meet the apprenticeship and support staff learning needs of the Partnership. These will be adapted as and when policies/guidelines change ensuring relevance and accuracy. The programmes the post will support include but are not limited to the day-to-day arrangements for apprenticeships and support staff learning;

• supporting information, advice and guidance

• increasing the Partnership’s profile as an employer of apprenticeships by representing the Partnership at career and educational events.

Reporting into the Apprenticeship Lead, the post holder will work collaboratively with peers and colleagues within the Learning and OD team to model a well-functioning and high performing team.
The post holder is also a member of the wider People and OD Directorate.

Why choose to join the Partnership?

• We offer flexible working, a wide range of health and wellbeing initiatives, NHS Pension and so much more.

• We keep things simple
• We empower
• We are proudly diverse
