Contract type: Open-ended
Part-time: 28 hours per week
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with relevant experience to support our laboratory management team.
This post is advertised as a part-time position (28 hours per week). The post holder will be required to work on site as the role is not suitable for hybrid working, however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opening to support the research within our newly formed Institute, through provision of a high-standard and safe laboratory environment.
Your skills and attributes for success:
HNC/HND plus minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Or Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in progressively more demanding roles. Or A degree plus relevant work experience.
Understanding of scientific techniques and their application
Proven analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Understanding of biosafety legislation
