About the role
Primarily responsible for the co-ordination, reporting, packing and shipment of all finished goods sales order requirements and ad-hoc miscellaneous shipping request


Daily Shipping materials review and preparation.
Daily coordination of Shipping Requests.
Pick, inspect, pack and report all shipment requests.
Co-ordination of all outbound logistics courier services.
Import and Export controls
Ad-hoc shipping request coordination
Monitoring, tracking and progressing of orders to customers committed delivery date.
Storage and organisation of all relevant shipping materials including cycle count, inventory issue and stock check control.
Storage and organisation of all Finished Goods inventory including cycle count, inventory issue and stock check control.
Support site incoming materials
Continuous Improvements Projects – standardisation across group.
Process SOP (Standard operating procedures) generation & team training.


Generate and maintain visual workplace standards.
Adhere to all internal safety, HR, environmental and quality guidelines and procedures.
Support other Materials and Logistics activities as and when required



About you

Previous experience in a dispatch environment including shipping goods and materials


Previous import/export control experience
Similar experience in a high-volume manufacturing company is desirable.
Hazardous Goods awareness
Basic COMAH Awareness
ADR Certified is desirable
Competent IT skills.


Effective communication skills.
Shipping/Export Coordination
Attention to detail.
Driver License
