Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to providing nurturing and stimulating environments for young learners? We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an EYFS Practitioner in Buckinghamshire.

As an EYFS Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in laying the foundation for children's lifelong learning journey. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact, inspire curiosity, and create a warm and supportive atmosphere for our youngest learners.

EYFS Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that supports children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and deliver a range of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery, fostering children's curiosity and creativity.
- Build positive relationships with children and families, providing regular feedback on children's progress and involving parents/carers in their child's learning journey.
- Observe children's interests, strengths, and areas for development, using observations to inform planning and tailor activities to meet individual needs and interests.
- Support children's social and emotional development, encouraging independence, resilience, and positive relationships with peers and adults.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records, complete assessments, and contribute to the overall planning and evaluation of the EYFS provision.

Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare and Education, CACHE Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, or equivalent.
- Experience working within an early years setting, preferably within a UK school or nursery.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements for early years education.
