Are you experienced in supporting students with special educational needs? Are you seeking an engaging new opportunity?

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a full-time Behavior Mentor position in Kidderminster. This role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

We are looking for an individual to join an exceptional specialist school catering to children aged 7 to 18 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, including autism and related conditions. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support during lessons, demonstrating confidence in managing challenging behavior to ensure students' progress and engagement.

Requirements for the role include:
- Full Time Availability
- Previous experience in Special Educational Needs
- Experience working with children
- Familiarity with managing challenging behavior
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to undergo or possess an up-to-date DBS check
- Passion for education
- Positive and adaptable attitude
- Desire to contribute to the well-being and development of young people
