Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: London
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a construction environment, understanding on-site operations.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Valid UK Driving License.
Key Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective networking abilities.
• Proficient reporting skills, including data collation, recording, and analysis.
• Capability to handle tense situations with sensitivity and diplomacy.
• Political awareness and the ability to collaborate with both customers and project teams.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of the construction industry.
• Experience working directly with residents, tenants, communities, and TRAs.
