All roles will require flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Chef De Partie (Salary: £26,700 dependant on experience) & Senior Chef De Partie (Salary: £31,000 dependant on experience)
The role has many responsibilities such as preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes and overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards. Our client encourage their chefs to explore all sections of the kitchen to enhance their knowledge and personal development where you will learn different aspects of the kitchen sections including hot /cold Section, larder, sauce and butchery. As Chef de Partie you will support management of stock and monitoring of wastage as well as providing an input in the planning and implementation of menu ideas. We are seeking a Chef that enjoys using local produce who will deliver to a consistently high standard.

Sous Chef (£29,500, dependant on experience)
The ideal Sous will already have experience in a similar busy kitchen and use their skills to assist in the effective management, motivation, standards, and development of all Kitchen employees. You will deputise in the Head Chef's absence and ensure that the day is planned and organised for the rest of the team. Food is local and fresh, and you will manage food purchasing and stock rotation on a daily basis. Our client is looking for a Sous who can provide the highest quality food and work closely with the Head Chef to plan and implement seasonal menu changes and drive business success. They need a Chef that loves the buzz of a busy kitchen, likes to understand the local's palette and can produce specials and modern classics. You will possess excellent culinary and presentation skills, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to specification. You will have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Commis Chef (£11.44 per hour)
Our client is looking for a Commis to join their team ideally with previous experience in a kitchen environment. This is a fantastic opportunity where the successful candidate can learn and develop their skills not only from the kitchen team but also via a professional route. As Commis you will be responsible for food preparation with a good understanding of knife skills and supporting all kitchen sections. You will ensure kitchen stations are clean and will learn about hygiene regulations and practices. Stock rotation is key, and you will work with the senior chefs to ensure all food is correctly rotated and stored. The ideal candidate may have some industry experience, or recently have completed training or still undertaking formal training. We are seeking a Commis that enjoys using local produce who will deliver to a consistently high standard. You will be able to work under pressure, have great communication skills and be a team player.

Pastry Chef (Competitive Salary)
We are looking for a Pastry Chef with previous experience of working in a similar environment. You will have a 'hands on' approach, work closely with the Executive Head Chef and Kitchen team to 'Wow' our guests with consistently stunning desserts, sweet treats and assist with the planning and implementing of regular menu changes. The role has many responsibilities such as preparing and presenting high quality dishes and overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards. You will support management of stock and monitoring of wastage as well as providing an input in the planning and implementation of menu ideas. We are seeking a Pastry Chef that enjoys using local produce who will deliver to a consistently high standard. You will be able to work under pressure, have great communication skills and be a team player too.
