• Trained towards being able to provide daily assistance to the Senior Analysts, extracting data and populating spreadsheets for specified established reports for service managers, corporate managers, Commissioners, St HA and DoH.
• Trained to utilise departmental operational procedures to run reports, updating procedures as processes are refined.
• Trained to utilise and further develop existing spreadsheets and databases to support the development of standard information for users of the service
• Provided with the skills and knowledge to be able to ensureenvironmentissafe,wellequippedandcomplaintwithHealthandSafetystandards
• Gain the experience to be able to activelytrytoresolve issues and complaints at local level and then report theoutcometothe linemanager
• Gain experience and knowledge to be able to actasarolemodel,presenting apositiveimageofself, team andthe organisation
