Summary
We are currently looking for a Part Time Administration Support Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy office based in South Tyneside – Working week will be 17hrs
The Role:
* Taking calls from customers on a daily basis with regards to Blue Badges, organising disability aids and speaking to vulnerable adults.
* To deal with enquiries in line with our procedures and protocols.
* To maintain information systems, accurate records and up to date filing systems as directed.
* To collate and produce management information as needed.
* To sort, distribute and dispatch correspondence in line with our procedures and protocols.
* To contribute to skills transfer activities by the demonstration of duties to support business continuity and to continually improve our
* To develop and maintain positive joint working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
* To give a professional and courteous reception service as needed.
The Person:
* Must have previous experience in a relevant or similar job role.
* Hold GCSE’s grades C’s and above or equivalent
* Excellent Customer Service experience
* Ability to work in a team
