Summary


The role is toprovide administrative support to the Infection Prevention and Safety Team, including Infection Prevention and Control, Environmental Safety and Physical Health services.

The post holder will have a range of administrative duties with the delivery of day-to-day activities including electronic diary management, arranging meetings, minute taking, raising orders, handling telephone enquires and manangement of a number of dedicated outlook inbocxes. The Post Holder must be a good team player and also have the ability to work on their own initiative and be able to communicate with staff in a professional way, and be computer literate with proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
