We're looking to recruit an Interchange Assistant, who will work alongside our Interchange Supervisor and our baggage handling
team to ensure the efficient movement of our passengers and their baggage on the outbound and inbound journey of their holiday.
The role is based at the Cobham M25 motorway services, so you'll need to be able to commute to this location.




The role is an average of 15 hours a week, covering Mondays and Fridays. In busy times you may need to work a few more hours but
in quieter times you'll work less. Regardless of how busy we are, you'll always receive 15 hour pay each week!

Your Key Responsibilities:



* Assist with Coach Interchanges and provide efficient service and high level of customer experience.
* Ensure all the interchanges are delivered in seamless and efficient way and cost effectively to high standard.
* Ensure our drivers have the correct paperwork for the work they are undertaking.
* Maximise the customer’s interchange experience while minimising complaints regarding transport and service delivery.
* Ensure effective Quality Control of interchange processes.
* Reporting any problems with coaches and coach crews back to Interchange Supervisor. 
* Deputise in the absence of the Interchange Supervisor if required.
* This role involves physical activity, including manual handling and working in both interior and exterior environments. It
also involves boarding coaches on a regular basis.



About You:



* Logistic or Operational travel background is preferred but not essential.
* An excellent communicator with a proven track record of building effective rapport and relationships with others.
* Ability to challenge, influence & negotiate with others.
* Customer focused.
* Able to me the physical requirements of the role.
