Summary

Permanent - All year round, 37 hours per week, with key person responsibilities.

Compressed hours over 4 days of the week – but working hours could be negotiable.

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on early childhood development? Due to expansion we are looking for 2 x Early Years Practitioners to be a vital part of our vibrant nursery school community based at Amersham Road in Reading.

Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent in childcare and education, along with a demonstrated ability in delivering high-quality childcare and education.

We are looking for a warm, caring, organised, and dynamic individual, possessing excellent knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrating self-motivation. The role involves creating a secure and engaging environment where children are at the forefront of all you do.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged birth to 5 years.
Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to foster holistic development.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
