Summary
The post is permanent 37 hours per week – the Centre is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm (hours are worked either on an early/late shift basis or compressed over 4 days) – 52 weeks per year.

You will assist a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children’s needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times.
The successful candidate will:
Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
Have some experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years.
