In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering excellence in service and fostering strong partnerships. Your focus will be within the Housing Investment Team, collaborating closely with The Team Leader for Assets. You'll spearhead various initiatives within the Housing Capital Program, including developing energy efficiency strategies and managing relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and budgets.

Crucially, you'll lead in coordinating energy-related strategies to meet rigorous standards like the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH). Your responsibilities will span from overseeing housing asset information to managing works programs and engaging with tenants and owners.
