The Governors of Broadway Junior School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly effective teacher as from 1st September 2024.

The successful applicant for each post will be someone who can:
Demonstrate an excellent knowledge and understanding of effective primary practice
Be committed to raising standards aspirations and attainment for all children
Be able to plan, deliver and assess challenging, stimulating curriculum which inspires all children and caters for their diverse needs and interests
Have excellent ICT skills, knowledge and expertise
Be a team player and demonstrate effective communication skills with all members of the schoolandrsquo;s community
Be committed to continuing, personal professional development
Be actively involved in the wider life of the school
Be aware of Safeguarding issues and procedures
Be someone who genuinely loves teaching and is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our children
