Your new role
As a permanent Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP, you will be part of a busy HR team responsible for both hands-on operational HR duties and strategic HR duties.Responsibilities will include:
- Business partnering senior stakeholders.
- Proactively addressing retention, skills development, engagement, wellbeing initiatives and supporting with embedding of the company culture.
- Managing performance, conduct, capability, attendance, and people policy.
- Designing & delivering training on HR best practice.
- Supporting with the recruitment & selection process.
- Supporting or leading HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP within a fast-paced commercial organisation.Ideally, you will have experience in a blue-collar environment that operates shift patterns. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
