Join our Team at Stanbridge Primary School (BS16) - Lunchbreak Supervisor Positions Available! Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: Grade 13. £22,737 (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £3,819.67 p.a.)Contract: Permanent Hours: 7 hours, 25 minutes per week (Monday to Friday 11.50am-1.15pm) term time only (38 weeks)The Role: Are you someone who naturally connects with children and values their safety and happiness? We are seeking a Lunchbreak Supervisor who can bring warmth, enthusiasm, and dedication to our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our students have a positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience. No formal qualifications are needed, but your ability to establish positive expectations for behaviour, build strong relationships with both students and staff, and demonstrate sensitivity to individual needs is paramount.The successful candidate will: Be warm, positive, caring and fully committed to the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our children. Maintain a calm and consistent approach to working with the children Work well as part of a team but also able to use your own initiative. Be enthusiastic and have a positive outlook. Be fully supportive of the school’s approach to outdoor play and our ‘whatever the weather’ approach. Have the communication skills necessary to act as a link between the children, the other lunchbreak staff and the rest of the adults working in school. Be prepared to fully participate in training and professional development where applicable to the post. Understand the need for and adhere to strictest standards of confidentiality.
