About The Role

Are you an experienced Coordinator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, read on.

We have a great opportunity for a customer focused, empathetic individual to join our Housing Management team as a Coordinator.

On a day to day basis, you will work alongside our Housing Officers ensuring that our customers receive a great customer focused service, providing a high standard of accuracy, efficiency and empathy. You will provide support and administrative services to the Housing Officers. You will be in contact with our customers, providing advice on their tenancies, or sign-posting to the correct team.

This is a great opportunity, with training and development opportunities available to you to support your career progression.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Tolvaddon Office. A hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate

To be a successful Coordinator - Neighbourhood Services, you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:

- Experience in working in a customer service environment and a track record in improving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Social Housing policy. (D)
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer care.
- Customer Service qualification (or equivalent experience through work or study), willingness to work towards.
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration or equivalent. (D)
- Demonstrates a good level of patience and empathy.
- Ability to naturally build rapport with customers.
- Ability to adapt positively to change in a fast paced, pressurised and reactive environment.
- Ability to accurately input/extract data whilst communicating by telephone.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
