Main duties include:
• Manage and oversee all aspects of facilities management services to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient facility functioning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding facilities management services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor services accordingly.
• Lead and motivate a team of facilities management professionals to deliver exceptional services.
• Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
Skills and Education:
• Proven one year of experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of facility operations and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
