Summary
Position: Dispatch Administrator
Location: Littlehampton
Reporting to: Supervisor
This would be a 3-month contract with the potential opportunity of an extension after the initial 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the logistics of managing inbound and outbound stock
- Liasing with suppliers and contractors to arrange collections and timely despatch of orders.
- Responsible for processing paperwork with regards to orders and shipments
- Producing despatch notes and confirming with Customer Services
- Handle routine emails and telephone enquiries.
- Working closely with our Customer Services department on current stock and requirements
- Monitoring of stock and the stores’ function
- Conducting stock checks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Despatch/Logistics experience.
- Ability to follow instructions and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to quickly adapt, with an enthusiasm to assist with various aspects of the business as required.
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment an advantage, but not essential.
Shift: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 15:00
Rates: £12 per hour
